Important Renovation & Appointment Updates at West Shore Animal Clinic

At West Shore Animal Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality care in a safe, comfortable environment. Beginning March 2, we will begin a renovation project to improve our facility and enhance the client and patient experience. During this time, our main entrance will be closed, and all appointments will follow a temporary curbside model. 

What’s Changing 

As renovations begin, clients will not enter through the main entrance. Instead, we will be directing all clients to use a temporary entrance or curbside service to ensure smooth, safe visits during construction. 

Renovation Timeline 

Renovation work begins on Monday, March 2, and will continue for several weeks. We appreciate your patience as our team manages operations around the construction process. 

What You Need to Know 

Entrance Instructions 

Our main entrance is now closed during the renovation. 
Please follow posted signs to the back entrance, or turn onto Cottage Grove Ave (the street between West Shore Animal Clinic and Ace Hardware) and park in the spaces on the left. 

Enter through the door labeled Employee Entrance to check in for your appointment or to pick up medication or food. 

Curbside Appointment Process 

All appointments are currently curbside during renovations. 

• After check-in, a technician will come outside to speak with you. 
• Your pet will be brought indoors to the treatment area for their exam. 
• When the exam is complete, the doctor will either call you (please ensure your phone is charged) or come outside to review findings with you directly.
