• Manage multiple phone lines with a professional, upbeat tone

• Greet clients and create great first impressions

• Book appointments and keep the schedule flowing

• Process payments accurately and efficiently

• Maintain tidy, accurate medical records

• Partner with the clinical team to keep client communication clear and kind
