Position Details
- Role: Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: 4-day work week with rotating Saturdays

Veterinary knowledge is a bonus, but not required.

Manage multiple phone lines with a professional, upbeat tone
Greet clients and create great first impressions
Book appointments and keep the schedule flowing
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain tidy, accurate medical records
Partner with the clinical team to keep client communication clear and kind
